Classes

 

We offer pole classes for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Our classes have limited availability to ensure that every student receives personalized attention. Pre-registration online is required for all classes; we are unable to accommodate walk-ins at this time.

1. JOIN THE WAITLIST. If a class is full, please email us at info@starstatusstudio.com or text us at (430) 558-4313 and you will put on a waitlist. If any openings appear 4 hours before class time, you will be notified via email and/or text that you may come to that class.

2. BRING A YOGA MAT. Students may bring their own yoga mats for warm-ups.

3. DON’T BE LATE. Being more than 10 minutes late to class means losing your credit and missing out on participation. The warm-up is mandatory before every class.

4. NO REFUNDS. If you need to reschedule your classes, please do so online or by contacting us at info@starstatusstudio.com OR (430) 558-4313 at least 4 OR MORE HOURS PRIOR to class start time.

 

Beginner Pole

Tuesdays
9:00pm - 10:00pm

Thursdays 9:00pm - 10:00pm

If you are completely new to pole, this is the class for you! By combining basic pole moves, spins, and climbing, this beginner level class will help you grow confidence, muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

Please bring/wear:

  • Shorts

  • Knee pads (optional)

  • Yoga Mat (optional)

  • Water

 

Flexibility

2nd and 4th Wednesdays
8:00pm - 9:00pm

Let’s get loose; let’s get bendy! This is a class that emphasizes correct techniques for improving flexibility with individual and partner stretches from athletics, dance, pilates and yoga. It is designed to enhance fitness, conditioning, increase balance, teach proper posture and promote joint health and increase flexibility!

                         

Please bring:

  • Leggings, sweats

  • Socks

  • Knee Pads

  • Yoga Mat (optional)

  • Water

 

Intermediate Pole

Tuesdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Thursdays
7:45pm - 8:45pm

This class is designed for the more advanced beginner student that will elevate pole skills by learning advanced spins, climbs, inversions and aerial combos. Must be able to climb the pole without struggle.

Advanced Pole

Tuesdays
7:45pm – 8:45pm

Here we incorporate floor pole tricks to aerial pole tricks to help you build stronger active flexibility muscles, greater core strength and pole flow. Must be able to Circus Climb without struggle to attend this class.

  • Yoga Mat (optional)

  • Water

 

Climbs and Inversions

Wednesdays

6:45PM - 7:45PM

This class is designed to specifically work on all forms of climbs and inversions on the pole. This is a technique/ stamina building class. CLASS IS NOT FOR THE BRAND-NEW STUDENT TO POLE.

Please bring/wear

  • SHORTS

  • Yoga Mat (optional)

  • Water

 

Open Pole

Thursday

6:00pm - 7:30pm

Needing to work on some pole skills on your own? Perhaps you want to pole dance on your own? This is the class for that! The student is able to work on pole skills/dance that they are wanting to master. An instructor will be able to answer your questions and help assist. Note: This is not a private class or a one on one with the instructor.

  • Heels (optional)
